ZOKEII offers 3D printed products, collectibles, decorative items, personalized products, and custom 3D modeling and printing services.
Because our products are manufactured using digital models and 3D printing processes, minor variations in colour, texture, layer lines, surface finish, and dimensions may occur.
These variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process and may not be considered defects.
Custom products are created according to the information, reference images, measurements, and instructions provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details provided to ZOKEII are accurate.
Once production has started, changes to the design may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where ZOKEII determines that the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or has been damaged during delivery.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, display settings, materials, and printing processes.
All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
An order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation from ZOKEII, where applicable.
All original designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, website content, and other intellectual property belonging to ZOKEII remain the property of ZOKEII unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use ZOKEII's original content or designs without prior written permission.
If you provide a design, image, character, logo, or other material for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.
ZOKEII is not responsible for copyright or intellectual-property claims arising from materials supplied by the customer.
Cancellation requests for standard products may be accepted only before the order has entered production or shipping.
For custom orders, cancellation may not be possible once modeling, preparation, or production has started.
ZOKEII will make reasonable efforts to provide products and services as described. However, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
ZOKEII reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this website.
